Partnering with realtors, developers, and contractors, I directed the creation of renderings that brought the entire property to life for both the project team and prospective buyers. The campaign showcased Bailey by the Sea during development, translating architectural plans into a clear, compelling vision of the residences, amenities, and oceanfront lifestyle.
By pairing architectural renderings with lifestyle-driven storytelling, we helped prospective buyers envision life at Bailey by the Sea before construction was complete.
